Stat. tit. 30, § 30-4-701","heading":"Payment of debts","body":"Every guardian appointed under the provisions of this act shall\n\npay all just debts due from the ward out of the personal estate and\n\nincome from the real estate of the ward, if sufficient. If said\n\nestate and income is not sufficient, then payment shall be made out\n\nof the real estate of the ward, upon obtaining an order for the sale\n\nthereof, the proceeds of such sale shall be disposed of in the\n\nmanner provided by law for the sale of real estate of decedents.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 6542.
