Stat. tit. 30, § 30-4-703","heading":"Discharge and release","body":"The person making payment, delivery, transfer or issuance of\n\nproperty or evidence thereof to the person designated by such court\n\nunder this section is discharged and released to the same extent as\n\nif such payment, delivery, transfer or issuance was made to a\n\nguardian of the minor or incapacitated or partially incapacitated\n\nperson, and he is not required to see to the application thereof.
