Stat. tit. 30, § 30-4-704","heading":"Service upon guardian - Duty of guardian","body":"Whenever a minor or an incapacitated or partially incapacitated\n\nperson has a guardian of his estate residing in this state, personal\n\nservice upon the guardian of any process, notice, or order of the\n\ncourt concerning the estate of the deceased person, in which the\n\nward is interested, is equivalent to service upon the ward. It is\n\nthe duty of the guardian to attend to the interests of the ward in\n\nthe matter. Such guardian may also appear for his ward, and waive\n\nany process, notice, or order to show cause which an adult or a\n\nperson of sound mind might do.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 6568.
