Stat. tit. 30, § 30-4-708","heading":"Investment of money and proceeds of sales","body":"The district court, on the application of a guardian or any\n\nperson interested in the estate of any ward, after such notice to\n\npersons interested therein as the judge shall direct, may authorize\n\nand require the guardian to invest the proceeds of sales, and any\n\nother of his ward's money in his hands, in real estate, or in any\n\nother manner most to the interest of all concerned therein; and the\n\ndistrict court may make such other orders and give such directions\n\nas are needful for the management, investment and disposition of the\n\nestate and effects, as circumstances require.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 6569.
