Stat. tit. 30, § 30-4-756","heading":"Mailing or publication of order - Waiver of notice","body":"\n\nThe court shall cause copies of said order to be mailed to the\n\npersons entitled to notice of the proceeding at least ten (10) days\n\nbefore the hearing on the petition. If the mailing address of any\n\nsuch person is unknown, a copy of the order must be published one\n\ntime in some newspaper in the county of the court having\n\njurisdiction over the case, and the hearing of said petition shall\n\nnot be less than ten (10) days from the date of the first\n\npublication of such notice. If written consent to making the order\n\nof sale is given by all persons entitled to notice, except the ward\n\nif the ward has been adjudicated to be fully incapacitated, said\n\norder of sale may be made at once without giving the notice.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 6559.
