Stat. tit. 30, § 30-4-764","heading":"Sales governed by same law as in estates of decedents","body":"Except as otherwise specifically provided by the Oklahoma\n\nGuardianship and Conservatorship Act, all the proceedings pursuant\n\nto petitions of guardians for sales of property of their wards,\n\ngiving notice and the hearing of such petitions, granting and\n\nrefusing an order of sale, directing the sale to be made at public\n\nor private sale, reselling the same property, return of sale and\n\napplication for confirmation thereof, notice and hearing of such\n\napplication, making orders, rejecting or confirming sales and\n\nreports of sales and ordering and making conveyances of property\n\nsold shall be had and made as provided and required by the\n\nprovisions of law concerning the estates of decedents.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 6565.
