Stat. tit. 30, § 30-4-766","heading":"Terms of sale - Security","body":"All sales of real estate of wards must be for cash, or for part\n\ncash and part deferred payments not to exceed ten (10) years,\n\nbearing interest from date of sale as, in the discretion of the\n\ncourt, is most beneficial to the ward. A guardian making a sale of\n\nreal property shall demand and receive from the purchasers a note\n\nand mortgage on the real estate sold, with such additional security,\n\nif any, as the court deems necessary and sufficient to secure the\n\nfaithful payment of the deferred payments and the interest thereon.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 6567.
