Stat. tit. 30, § 30-4-767","heading":"Limitation of action for recovery of estate sold -","body":"Disability and removal thereof.\n\nNo action for the recovery of any estate sold by a guardian can\n\nbe maintained by the ward, or by any person claiming under him,\n\nunless it is commenced within three (3) years immediately following\n\nthe termination of the guardianship or, when a legal disability to\n\nsue exists by reason of minority or otherwise, at the time when the\n\ncause of action accrues, within three (3) years immediately\n\nfollowing the removal of such disability.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 6583.
