Stat. tit. 30, § 30-4-768","heading":"Exchange of property held by ward or wards in common -","body":"Notice.\n\nWhen it shall appear to the court to be to the advantage or best\n\ninterests of the ward, or wards, to exchange an interest in real\n\nestate held by such ward or wards in common with another, or others,\n\nfor other real estate also held in common by such ward or wards with\n\nanother or others, to be owned solely by said ward or wards, after\n\nsuch exchange, a guardian of the ward's estate may be authorized by\n\nthe court, after hearing and appraisement, to effectuate such\n\nexchange and to give or accept cash in part consideration.
