Stat. tit. 30, § 30-4-801","heading":"Removal of guardians","body":"A guardian may be removed by the district court for any of the\n\nfollowing causes:\n\n1. For abuse of his fiduciary responsibility.\n\n2. For continued failure to perform his duties.\n\n3. For incapacity to perform his duties.\n\n4. For gross immorality.\n\n5. For having an interest adverse to the faithful performance\n\nof his duties.\n\n6. If the instrument in which the person was nominated as\n\nguardian is judicially determined to be invalid.\n\n7. In the case of guardian of the property, for insolvency.\n\n8. When it is no longer proper that the ward should be under\n\nguardianship.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 3337.
