Stat. tit. 30, § 30-4-902","heading":"Citation for concealment or embezzlement","body":"Upon complaint made to the court by any guardian, ward,\n\ncreditor, or other person interested in the estate, or having a\n\nprospective interest therein as heir or otherwise, against anyone\n\nsuspected of having concealed, or conveyed away any of the money,\n\ngoods or effects, or an instrument in writing, belonging to the ward\n\nor to his estate, the court may require such suspected person to\n\nappear before the court, and may examine and proceed with such\n\nperson on such charge in the manner provided by law with respect to\n\npersons suspected of, and charged with, concealing or embezzling the\n\neffects of a decedent.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 6577.
