Stat. tit. 30, § 30-7-107","heading":"Petition for review of continuation of standby","body":"guardianship.\n\nA child’s parent, stepparent, adult sibling or any adult related\n\nto the child by blood, marriage or adoption may petition the court\n\nwhich approved the standby guardian at any time following such\n\napproval and prior to any termination of the standby guardianship\n\nfor review of whether continuation of the standby guardianship is in\n\nthe best interests of the child.
