Stat. tit. 31, § 31-1.3","heading":"Certain income not exempt from process","body":"The determination and order issued by the court pursuant to a\n\nhearing requested under Section 1.1 of this title shall not take\n\ninto consideration any total gross family income which exceeds one\n\nhundred twenty times the federal minimum hourly wage prescribed by\n\nSection 6(a)(1) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, U.S.C.\n\nTitle 29, Section 206(a)(1) as amended and in effect at the time the\n\nearnings are payable or the equivalent for pay periods other than\n\none (1) week.
