Stat. tit. 31, § 31-12","heading":"Corpus and income of preservation trust exempt from","body":"attachment, execution, forced sale, and liens - Exceptions -\n\nTransfer of assets.\n\nNotwithstanding Section 3 of this title and Section 299.15 of\n\nTitle 60 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the corpus and income of a\n\npreservation trust shall be exempt from attachment or execution and\n\nevery other species of forced sale and no judgment, decree, or\n\nexecution can be a lien on the trust for the payment of debts of a\n\ngrantor, except a child support judgment. Any incremental growth\n\nderived from income or an increase in value of the corpus of a\n\npreservation trust shall also be considered protected by this\n\nsection.
