Stat. tit. 31, § 31-13","heading":"Preservation trust - Revocable or irrevocable -","body":"Contributions.\n\nA preservation trust may be established as a revocable and\n\namendable trust or as an irrevocable trust. If the grantor of a\n\npreservation trust revokes or partially revokes the preservation\n\ntrust, the exemption provisions of Section 12 of this title shall\n\nnot be applicable to any property received by the grantor as a\n\nresult of such revocation or partial revocation.
