Stat. tit. 34, § 34-11","heading":"Procedure upon appeal","body":"Notice of the appeal provided for in the preceding section shall\n\nbe served upon the Attorney General and upon the party who filed\n\nsuch ballot title, or on any of such parties, at least five (5)\n\nbusiness days before such appeal is heard by the court. The\n\nAttorney General shall, and any citizen interested may, defend the\n\nballot title from which the appeal is taken. Other procedure upon\n\nsuch appeals shall be the same as is prescribed for appeals from\n\npetitions filed as set forth in Section 8 of this title.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 3378.
