If any measure shall, at the ensuing election, be approved\n\nby the people, then the copies so preserved, with the sheets of\n\nsignatures and affidavits, and a certified copy of the Governor's\n\nproclamation declaring the same to have been approved by the people,\n\nshall be bound together in such form that they may be conveniently\n\nidentified. The material required to be bound together shall be\n\npreserved by the Secretary of State for two (2) years after the\n\nmeasure was filed with the Secretary of State or, if objections or\n\nprotests are filed on a measure, for two (2) years after the final\n\ndecision of the Supreme Court on any objections or protests filed.\n\nThereafter, the Secretary of State may dispose of the material in\n\ncooperation with the Archives and Records Commission.\n\nB. The Secretary of State may dispose of materials from\n\nmeasures which were filed prior to this act in cooperation with the\n\nArchives and Records Commission.\n\nC.
