Ocean marine and foreign trade insurance,\n\n2. Insurance on subjects located, resident, or to be performed\n\nwholly outside this state, or on vehicles or aircraft owned and\n\nprincipally garaged outside this state,\n\n3. Insurance on property or operations of railroads engaged in\n\ninterstate commerce, or\n\n4.
