Insurance contracts procured as surplus line coverage from\n\nsurplus lines insurers in accordance with this article shall be\n\nfully valid and enforceable as to all parties, and shall be given\n\nrecognition in all matters and respects to the same effect as like\n\ncontracts issued by admitted insurers.\n\nB. Insurance contracts procured as surplus line coverage shall\n\ncontain in bold-face type notification stamped by the surplus lines\n\nlicensee or broker or surplus lines insurer on the declaration page\n\nof the policy that the contracts are not subject to the protection\n\nof any guaranty association in the event of liquidation or\n\nreceivership of the surplus lines insurer.
