Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1114","heading":"Broker's annual statement","body":"Each surplus lines licensee or broker licensed or transacting\n\nbusiness in Oklahoma shall on or before April 1 of each year file\n\nelectronically, along with any applicable transaction fees, with the\n\nInsurance Commissioner a verified statement of all surplus lines\n\ninsurance transacted by the broker during the preceding calendar\n\nyear where Oklahoma is the home state of the insured. The statement\n\nshall be on a form prescribed and furnished by the Insurance\n\nCommissioner and shall show such information required to be\n\nsubmitted as established by the Insurance Commissioner.
