Stat. tit. 36, § 36-114","heading":"Existing actions, violations","body":"Repeal by this act of any law shall not affect or abate any\n\nright heretofore accrued, action or proceeding heretofore commenced,\n\nor any unlawful act heretofore committed under such laws and\n\npunishment or deprivation of license or authority as a consequence\n\nthereof as provided by such law, but all proceedings hereafter taken\n\nwith respect thereto shall conform to the applicable provisions of\n\nthis Code insofar as possible.
