Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1142","heading":"Permitted activities and services","body":"\n\nAny licensed advisory organization, in addition to other\n\nactivities not prohibited, is authorized on behalf of its members\n\nand subscribers to:\n\n1. Develop statistical plans including territorial and class\n\ndefinitions;\n\n2. Collect statistical data from members, subscribers or any\n\nother source;\n\n3. Prepare, file and distribute prospective loss costs which\n\nmay include provisions for special assessments and taxes;\n\n4. Prepare, file and distribute factors, calculations or\n\nformulas pertaining to classification, territory, increased limits\n\nand other variables;\n\n5. Prepare, file and distribute manuals of rating rules, rating\n\nschedules and other supplementary rating information that does not\n\ninclude final rates, expense provisions, profit provisions or\n\nminimum premiums;\n\n6. Distribute information that is required or directed to be\n\nfiled with the Commissioner;\n\n7. Conduct research and on-site inspections in order to prepare\n\nclassifications of public fire defenses;\n\n8. Consult with public officials regarding public fire\n\nprotection as it would affect members, subscribers and others;\n\n9. Conduct research and collect statistics in order to\n\ndiscover, identify and classify information relating to causes or\n\nprevention of losses;\n\n10. Conduct research and collect information to determine the\n\nimpact of statutory and other law changes upon prospective loss\n\ncosts and special assessments;\n\n11. Prepare, file and distribute policy forms and endorsements\n\nand consult with members, subscribers and others relative to their\n\nuse and application;\n\n12. Conduct research and on-site inspections for the purpose of\n\nproviding risk information relating to individual structures;\n\n13. Conduct on-site inspections to determine rating\n\nclassifications for individual insureds;\n\n14. Collect, compile and publish past and current prices of\n\nindividual insurers; provided, such information is also made\n\navailable to the general public for a reasonable price;\n\n15. Collect and compile exposure and loss experience for the\n\npurpose of individual risk experience ratings;\n\n16. File final rates for residual market mechanisms; and\n\n17.
