The Insurance Commissioner shall make or cause to be made,\n\nat least once in five (5) years, an examination of each advisory\n\norganization licensed in this state as provided in this act, and the\n\nCommissioner may, as often as it may deem expedient, make or cause\n\nto be made an examination of each advisory organization referred to\n\nin this act, and of each group, association, or other organization\n\nreferred to in this act. The reasonable cost of any such\n\nexamination shall be paid by the organization examined, upon\n\npresentation of a detailed account of such costs.\n\nB. The officers, managers, agents and employees of such\n\nadvisory organization may be examined, at any time, under oath, and\n\nshall exhibit all books, records, accounts, documents or agreements\n\ngoverning its method of operation.\n\nC.
