The Insurance Commissioner may suspend the license of any\n\nadvisory organization which fails to comply with an order of the\n\nCommissioner within the time limit established by such order, or any\n\nextension thereof which the Commissioner may grant. The\n\nCommissioner shall not suspend the license of any advisory\n\norganization for failure to comply with an order until the time\n\nprescribed for judicial review has expired or if an action for\n\njudicial review has been commenced, until the order has been\n\naffirmed or the action has been dismissed. The Commissioner may\n\ndetermine when a suspension of license shall become effective and\n\nwhen it shall terminate, unless it modifies or rescinds the\n\nsuspension, or until the order upon which the suspension is based is\n\nmodified, rescinded or reversed.\n\nB.
