Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1164","heading":"Exclusion from application for certain unmet terms,","body":"conditions and limitations.\n\nA. Nothing herein shall require a health plan to reinstate such\n\nresident if the health plan requires residency in an enrollment area\n\nand those residency requirements are not met after deactivation or\n\nloss of coverage under the federal government-sponsored health\n\ninsurance program.\n\nB. All terms, conditions and limitations of the individual\n\ncoverage into which reinstatement is made will apply equally to all\n\ninsureds enrolled in such coverage.\n\nC. No personal insurance issued to an Oklahoma resident on\n\nactive military deployment beyond the borders of the United States\n\nof America, or the spouse or any dependent of such Oklahoma\n\nresident, shall be subject to cancellation, nonrenewal, denial of\n\ncoverage, premium increase or adverse tier placement for the term of\n\ntheir deployment based solely upon said Oklahoma resident’s military\n\ndeployment.\n\nD.
