Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1210","heading":"Judicial review by intervenor","body":"If the final order of the Insurance Commissioner does not charge\n\na violation of this article, then any intervenor in the proceedings\n\nmay, within thirty (30) days after the service of such order, cause\n\nan action for judicial review to be filed in the district court of\n\nOklahoma County for a review of such order.
