Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1213","heading":"Immunity from prosecution","body":"If any person shall ask to be excused from attending and\n\ntestifying or from producing any books, papers, records,\n\ncorrespondence or other documents at any hearing on the ground that\n\nthe testimony or evidence required of the person may tend to\n\nincriminate the person or subject the person to a penalty or\n\nforfeiture, and shall notwithstanding be directed to give such\n\ntestimony or produce such evidence, the person must nonetheless\n\ncomply with such direction, but shall not thereafter be prosecuted\n\nor subjected to any criminal penalty of forfeiture for or on account\n\nof any evidence which the person may testify or produce pursuant\n\nthereto.
