The Commissioner shall have the authority to require any\n\nentity obligated to submit or file documents with the Insurance\n\nDepartment to file the documents electronically.\n\nB. The documents referred to in subsection A of this section\n\ninclude, but are not limited to, forms for compliance, rate filings,\n\nor annual, quarterly, or other financial statements.\n\nC.
