Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1250.11","heading":"Statement of charges - Notice of hearing","body":"Upon the receipt of the results of an investigation instituted\n\npursuant to the provisions of Section 1250.10 of this title, the\n\nInsurance Commissioner shall review the results and shall determine\n\nwhether, by the standards set out in Sections 1250.3 and 1250.5 of\n\nthis title, further action is required. If the Insurance\n\nCommissioner deems further action necessary, the Commissioner shall\n\nissue and serve upon the insurer a statement of the charges and a\n\nnotice in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act.
