Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1250.14","heading":"Violation of act - Penalty","body":"For any violation of the Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Act,\n\nthe Insurance Commissioner may, after notice and hearing, subject an\n\ninsurer to a civil penalty of not less than One Hundred Dollars\n\n($100.00) nor more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for each\n\noccurrence.
