This act shall be known and may be cited as the \"Oklahoma\n\nProducer Licensing Act\".\n\nB. This act governs the qualifications and procedures for the\n\nlicensing of insurance producers. It simplifies and organizes\n\nstatutory language to improve efficiency, permits the use of new\n\ntechnology, and reduces costs associated with issuing and renewing\n\ninsurance licenses.\n\nC.
