The Insurance Commissioner shall waive any requirements for\n\na nonresident producer license applicant with a valid license from\n\nthe applicant’s home state, except the requirements imposed by\n\nSection 9 of this act, if the applicant’s home state awards\n\nnonresident licenses to residents of this state on the same basis.\n\nB.
