Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1435.18","heading":"Administrative actions or criminal prosecutions","body":"against producer – Duty to report to Commissioner.\n\nA. Whether an applicant for, a person licensed as or a person\n\nseeking a renewal for a producer license, that person shall report\n\nto the Insurance Commissioner any administrative action taken\n\nagainst that person in another jurisdiction or by another\n\ngovernmental agency in this state within thirty (30) days of the\n\nfinal disposition of the matter. This report shall include a copy\n\nof the order, consent to order or other relevant legal documents.\n\nB. Within thirty (30) days of the initial pretrial hearing\n\ndate, an applicant for, a person licensed as or a person seeking a\n\nrenewal for a producer license shall report to the Insurance\n\nCommissioner any criminal prosecution of that person taken in any\n\njurisdiction. The report shall include a copy of the initial\n\ncomplaint filed, the order resulting from the hearing and any other\n\nrelevant legal documents.\n\nC. Failure to comply with this statute shall result in\n\nimmediate suspension of an application for, a license of or renewal\n\nof a producer license.\n\nD. The provisions of this section shall apply to all licenses\n\nunder Sections 4055.1 et seq. of this title, the Unauthorized\n\nInsurers and Surplus Lines Insurance Act, Section 1100 et seq. of\n\nthis title, the Oklahoma Producer Licensing Act, Section 1435.1 et\n\nseq. of this title and the Insurance Adjusters Licensing Act,\n\nSection 6201 et seq. of this title.","path":["OK Code","Title 36"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os36.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"cdb7ea950d8d35dd818a12cdb68aa7f1d032ec4838ea90b933f590c8014d09a7","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-1435.17","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-1435.19"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
