It shall be unlawful for any person whose license to act as\n\nan insurance producer, limited lines producer, managing general\n\nagent, or surplus lines insurance broker has been suspended,\n\nrevoked, surrendered, or refused to do or perform any of the acts of\n\nan insurance producer, limited lines producer, managing general\n\nagent, or surplus lines insurance broker. Any person convicted of\n\nviolating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a Class\n\nD1 felony offense and shall be punished by the imposition of a fine\n\nof not more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or imprisonment\n\nas provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title\n\n21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or be punished by both said fine and\n\nimprisonment.\n\nB. It shall be unlawful for any insurance producer, limited\n\nlines producer, managing general agent, or surplus lines insurance\n\nbroker to assist, aid, or conspire with a person whose license as an\n\ninsurance producer, limited lines producer, managing general agent,\n\nor surplus lines insurance broker, has been suspended, revoked,\n\nsurrendered, or refused to engage in any acts as an insurance\n\nproducer, limited lines producer, managing general agent, or surplus\n\nlines insurance broker. Any person convicted of violating the\n\nprovisions of this section shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony\n\noffense and shall be punished by the imposition of a fine of not\n\nmore than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or imprisonment as\n\nprovided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes, or be punished by both said fine and\n\nimprisonment.\n\nC. Except for those persons exempt from licensure, it shall be\n\nunlawful for any person to do or perform any of the acts of an\n\ninsurance producer, limited lines producer, managing general agent,\n\nor surplus lines insurance broker without being duly licensed.
