Unless denied licensure pursuant to Section 1435.13 of this\n\ntitle, a nonresident person shall receive a nonresident producer\n\nlicense if:\n\n1. The person is currently licensed as a resident and in good\n\nstanding in that person's home state;\n\n2. The person has submitted the proper request for licensure\n\nand has paid the fees required by Section 1435.23 of this title;\n\n3. The person has submitted or transmitted to the Insurance\n\nCommissioner the application for licensure that the person submitted\n\nto the person's home state, or in lieu of the same, a completed\n\nUniform Application; and\n\n4. The person's home state awards nonresident producer licenses\n\nto residents of this state on the same basis.\n\nB. Any nonresident application submitted pursuant to this\n\nsection shall constitute the applicant’s designation of the\n\nInsurance Commissioner as the person upon whom may be served all\n\nlawful process in any action, suit, or proceeding instituted by or\n\non behalf of any interested person arising out of the insurance\n\nbusiness of the applicant in this state. This designation\n\nconstitutes an agreement that said service of process is of the same\n\nlegal force and validity as personal service of process in this\n\nstate upon the nonresident licensee.\n\nC. The Insurance Commissioner may verify the producer's\n\nlicensing status through the Producer Database maintained by the\n\nNational Association of Insurance Commissioners, its affiliates or\n\nsubsidiaries.\n\nD. A nonresident producer who moves from one state to another\n\nstate or a resident producer who moves from this state to another\n\nstate shall file a change of address and provide certification from\n\nthe new resident state within thirty (30) days of the change of\n\nlegal residence.\n\nE. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Oklahoma Producer\n\nLicensing Act or of the Oklahoma Insurance Code, a person licensed\n\nas a surplus lines producer in that person's home state shall\n\nreceive a nonresident surplus lines producer license pursuant to\n\nsubsections A and B of this section.\n\nF. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Oklahoma Producer\n\nLicensing Act, a person licensed as a limited line credit insurance\n\nor other type of limited lines producer in that person's home state\n\nshall receive a nonresident limited lines producer license, pursuant\n\nto subsections A and B of this section, granting the same scope of\n\nauthority as granted under the license issued by the producer's home\n\nstate.
