Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1444","heading":"Payments to administrator - Rights against administrator","body":"If an insurer or trust utilizes the services of an administrator\n\npursuant to the terms of a written agreement, the payment to the\n\nadministrator of any premiums or charges for insurance by or on\n\nbehalf of the insured shall be deemed to have been received by the\n\ninsurer or trust. The payment of return premiums or claims by the\n\ninsurer or trust to the administrator shall not be deemed payment to\n\nthe insured or claimant until the payments are received by the\n\ninsured or claimant.
