Any policies, certificates, booklets, termination notices,\n\nor other written communications delivered by the insurer or trust to\n\nthe administrator for delivery to policyholders shall be delivered\n\nby the administrator promptly after receipt of instructions to do so\n\nfrom the insurer or trust.\n\nB. Compensation to an administrator for any policies for which\n\nthe administrator adjusts or settles claims shall not be contingent\n\nupon claims experience. The provisions of this subsection shall not\n\nprevent basing the compensation of an administrator on the amount of\n\npremiums or charges collected or number of claims paid or processed\n\nor the number of covered insureds.\n\nC.
