If the services of an administrator are utilized, the\n\nadministrator shall provide a written notice to insured individuals\n\nadvising them of the identities of the administrator, the\n\npolicyholder, and the insurer or trust.\n\nB. If an administrator collects funds from insured individuals,\n\nthe administrator, upon request from an insured individual, shall\n\nfurnish written information as to the amount of any charge or\n\npremium specified by the insurer or trust for insurance coverage for\n\nthe insured individual.
