No person shall act in the capacity of a managing general\n\nagent with respect to risks located in this state for an insurer\n\nunless such person is licensed as a producer pursuant to the\n\nOklahoma Producer Licensing Act.\n\nB. No person shall act in the capacity of a managing general\n\nagent, representing an insurer domiciled in this state with respect\n\nto risks located outside this state, unless such person is licensed\n\nas a producer pursuant to the Oklahoma Producer Licensing Act.\n\nProvided, such license may be a nonresident license.\n\nC. The Insurance Commissioner may require a bond in the amount\n\nacceptable to the Commissioner for the protection of the insurer.\n\nD.
