Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1477","heading":"Violations - Penalties - Judicial review - Rights","body":"affected.\n\nA. If the Insurance Commissioner finds, after a hearing\n\nconducted in accordance with Article II of the Administrative\n\nProcedures Act, that any person had violated any provision of the\n\nManaging General Agents Act or rules promulgated pursuant thereto,\n\nthe Commissioner may order:\n\n1. For each separate violation, a penalty in an amount of not\n\nless than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than Five Thousand\n\nDollars ($5,000.00) for each occurrence;\n\n2. Revocation or suspension of the producer's license; and\n\n3. The managing general agent to reimburse the insurer, the\n\nrehabilitator or the liquidator of the insurer for any losses\n\nincurred by the insurer which were caused by a violation of the\n\nManaging General Agents Act committed by the managing general agent.\n\nB. The decision, determination or order of the Commissioner\n\npursuant to subsection A of this section shall be subject to\n\njudicial review pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act and\n\nany applicable insurance laws and regulations.\n\nC. Nothing contained in this section shall affect the right of\n\nthe Commissioner to impose any other penalties provided for in the\n\nOklahoma Insurance Code.\n\nD. Nothing contained in the Managing General Agents Act is\n\nintended to or shall, in any manner, limit or restrict the rights of\n\npolicyholders, claimants and auditors.\n\nE.
