Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1509.1","heading":"Confidentiality of information","body":"All work papers, recorded information, documents and copies of\n\nmaterials associated with, produced, obtained by or disclosed to the\n\nInsurance Commissioner or any other person in the course of review\n\nor analysis pursuant to Sections 1801 through 1938 of this title\n\nshall be given confidential treatment by the Commissioner and may\n\nnot be made public by the Commissioner or any other person who\n\nobtained the information in the course of the review or analysis,\n\nexcept to the extent provided in Sections 1801 through 1938 of this\n\ntitle, unless prior written consent of the company to which it\n\npertains has been obtained.
