Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1515","heading":"Information for valuation of securities","body":"It shall be the duty of every domestic insurance company holding\n\nsecurities valued under Sections 1511 or 1512 which do not have an\n\nestablished market value to furnish the Commissioner of Insurance,\n\nwithin thirty (30) days of his request, sufficient financial\n\ninformation concerning the issuing corporation, so as to enable him\n\nto arrive at a proper value of the security so held.
