Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1528","heading":"Confidential departmental hearing","body":"The insurer shall have the right to an opportunity for a\n\nconfidential departmental hearing, on the record, at which the\n\ninsurer may challenge any determination or action by the\n\nCommissioner. The insurer shall notify the Commissioner of its\n\nrequest for a hearing within five (5) days after the notification by\n\nthe Commissioner of a decision affecting the insurer's substantial\n\nrights.
