Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1535","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n1. \"Commissioner\" means the Insurance Commissioner of this\n\nstate;\n\n2. \"Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure (CGAD)\" means a\n\nconfidential report filed by the insurer or insurance group made in\n\naccordance with the requirements of this act;\n\n3. \"Insurance group\" means those insurers and affiliates\n\nincluded within an insurance holding company system as defined in\n\nSection 1631 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n4. \"Insurer\" means the same as set forth in Section 103 of\n\nTitle 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes, except that it shall not include\n\nagencies, authorities or instrumentalities of the United States, its\n\npossessions and territories, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the\n\nDistrict of Columbia, or a state or political subdivision of a\n\nstate; and\n\n5. \"ORSA Summary Report\" means the report filed in accordance\n\nwith Section 3305 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes.","path":["OK Code","Title 36"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os36.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"082f241013df95dbc35cc646ae747a66e09c849673791c92fa377917642c689d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-1534","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-1536"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
