The insurer or insurance group shall have discretion over\n\nthe responses to the Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure (CGAD)\n\ninquiries, provided the CGAD shall contain the material information\n\nnecessary to permit the Insurance Commissioner to gain an\n\nunderstanding of the insurer's or group's corporate governance\n\nstructure, policies, and practices. The Commissioner may request\n\nadditional information that he or she deems material and necessary\n\nto provide a clear understanding of the corporate governance\n\npolicies, the reporting or information system or controls\n\nimplementing those policies.\n\nB. Notwithstanding subsection A of this section, the CGAD shall\n\nbe prepared consistent with any regulation created to support this\n\nact.
