Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1540","heading":"Failure to timely file","body":"Any insurer failing, without just cause, to timely file the\n\nCorporate Governance Annual Disclosure (CGAD) as required in this\n\nact shall be required, after notice and hearing, to pay a penalty of\n\nOne Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each day's delay, to be recovered\n\nby the Insurance Commissioner and the penalty so recovered shall be\n\npaid into the General Revenue Fund of this state.
