Bonds or other evidences of indebtedness of the United\n\nStates of America or of any of its agencies or instrumentalities\n\nwhen such obligations are guaranteed as to principal and interest by\n\nthe United States of America or any agency or instrumentality\n\nthereof.\n\n2. Bonds or other evidences of indebtedness which are\n\nguaranteed as to principal and interest by the United States of\n\nAmerica or by any agency or instrumentality of the United States of\n\nAmerica.\n\n3. Bonds, debentures or other securities of the following\n\nagencies of the government of the United States, whether or not such\n\nobligations are quaranteed by such government:\n\n(a) Commodity credit corporation.\n\n(b) Federal national mortgage association and stock thereof when\n\nacquired in connection with sale of mortgage loans to such\n\nassociation.\n\n(c) Federal land banks, issued under provisions of the Act of\n\nCongress entitled the \"Federal Farm Loan Act\" and approved July 17,\n\n1916, and any acts amendatory or supplementary to that Act.\n\n(d) Any federal home loan bank, issued under provisions of the\n\nAct of Congress entitled \"Federal Home Loan Bank Act\" and approved\n\nJuly 22, 1932.\n\n(e) The Home Owners' Loan Corporation, created by the Act of\n\nCongress entitled \"Home Owners' Loan Act of 1933\" and approved June\n\n13, 1933.\n\n(f) Federal intermediate credit banks, created by the Act of\n\nCongress entitled \"Agricultural Credits Act of March 4, 1923.\"\n\n(g) Central bank for cooperatives and regional banks for\n\ncooperatives organized under the Farm Credit Act of 1933, or by any\n\nof such banks.\n\n(h) Any other similar agency of the government of the United\n\nStates and of similar financial quality.","path":["OK Code","Title 36"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os36.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a9b8afd1f1a31ad4cd55479596a24ea8bccb66df1c12ec5275ff0be6fa9dd814","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-1606","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-1608"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
