An insurer may invest or deposit any of its cash funds on\n\ndeposit in checking or savings accounts, under certificates of\n\ndeposit, or in solvent banks or trust companies, which are insured\n\nby the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.\n\nB. An insurer may invest or deposit any of its funds in\n\nchecking, share or saving accounts under certificates of deposit or\n\ntime deposits in solvent savings and loan associations which are\n\ninsured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.\n\nC. An insurer may invest or deposit any of its cash funds in\n\nshare, share draft, under certificates of deposit or time deposits\n\nin solvent credit unions which are insured by the National Credit\n\nUnion Administration.\n\nD.
