Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1673","heading":"Applicability of Act","body":"The Business Transacted with Producer Controlled Insurer Act\n\nshall apply to licensed insurers as defined in Section 14 of this\n\nact, either domiciled in this state or domiciled in a state that is\n\nnot an accredited state having in effect a substantially similar\n\nlaw.
