The court considering petitions brought under the Insurance\n\nBusiness Transfer Act shall have the same jurisdiction as a court\n\norder under Article 19 of this title.\n\nB. Venue for all court proceedings under this act shall lie in\n\nthe court as defined pursuant to subsection 4 of Section 1683 of\n\nthis title.\n\nC. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the court may\n\nissue any order, process, or judgment necessary or appropriate to\n\ncarry out the provisions of this act.
